Leases are for 1 year. A security deposit of $250 for 1 bedroom apartments and $300 for 2 bedroom apartments is required. Management assesses 1 bedroom units $15/month for water and 2 bedroom units $20/month for water which is payable with the rent on a monthly basis. Tenant is responsible for electric and cable. These assessments are included in the prices quoted above.
